What I’m saying is that with the male characters Joss goes the distance of saying they had sex, whereas with the women he just has them make suggestive comments. I think because to him (and most straight men) female sexual fluidity is more obvious.

Yes I claim Angel/Angelus as a queer character. I think claiming a vampire as a queer character is always complicated, and you know how I feel about Joss, but I claim Angel and Spike as canonical bisexuals. Darla and Dru meanwhile are only implied.
