He doesn’t necessarily act on it, while Angelus is just overtly sexual to EVERYONE. So it isn’t a negative commentary on sexuality-in-terms-of-orientation- though it might still be negative when it comes to sexual expression. Wouldn’t be the ‘verse’s first time. :/
